· Guaranteed reservation by deposit of one night lodging in

advance.

· 7 day cancellation notice required. If you must cancel with less than 7 days notice, your deposit is non-refundable.

· Cancellations must be confirmed; voice mail, phone  recording and/or e-mails are NOT accepted for cancellations

 Deposits will not be refunded.

*Check in time is after 3:00 pm

*Check out time is 11:00 am

*Stays of two or more nights and long term will require a

50 % deposit with balance due upon arrival.
